UK DELIVERY OPTIONS
LOCAL FREE SAME DAY DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £20 - HULL ONLY (within HU3, HU4, HU5 and HU6)
Free same day delivery is available to all Tilly's customers spending £20 or more in Hull only within the HU3, HU4, HU5 and HU6 postcode. If this option is selected at the checkout, all orders placed before 3.30 pm that day will be delivered to you direct the very same day. This service is available Tuesday to Friday and excludes Monday, Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. Qualifying customers should select 'Free Local Delivery' at the checkout. Thank you.
FREE CLICK + COLLECT IN STORE
Click + Collect In-store is available to any customer wanting to make their purchase online and simply collect the item at Tilly's Boutique on Chanterlands Avenue in Hull within our opening hours. Please bring your digital device showing your order reference number along with a valid form of ID such as a bank card, driving licence or passport. All orders for click and collect will be ready and available the very same day within an hour of placing your order Tuesday to Saturday, ready for you to collect at Tilly's.
UK ROYAL MAIL STANDARD DELIVERY (3-5 WORKING DAYS) £4.99
UK standard delivery (3-5 working days) is available at Tilly's and is dispatched via Royal Mail Delivery. With this service items are delivered within 3-5 working days on orders placed before 2 pm Tuesday to Friday. Any orders received after 2 pm will be processed for shipment the next working day. Any orders placed on a weekend whereby UK standard delivery has been selected and paid for will be shipped on the Tuesday.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a Royal Mail Tracking number to track your delivery.
UK ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL - NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY (TUESDAY TO FRIDAY - 1 WORKING DAY) £8.99
Guaranteed & Insured UK next working day delivery (Tuesday - Friday) is available at Tilly's and is dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery. With this service items are delivered the next working day on orders placed before 2 pm Tuesday to Friday. Any orders received after 2 pm will be processed for shipment the next working day. Any orders placed on a weekend whereby UK next day delivery has been selected and paid for will be shipped on the Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a Royal Mail Tracking number to track your delivery.

EUROPE DELIVERY – 3-7 WORKING DAYS (VIA ROYAL MAIL) - from £15.99
Tilly's delivers throughout Europe using Royal Mail. Delivery to any European country is from £15.99. On some occasions extra postage costs may be required on larger or heavy items and in special circumstances Tilly's will contact you direct to discuss any additional fees postal fees to your location.
Standard delivery time across Europe is approximately 3-7 working days (via Royal Mail) Delivery to some locations may take longer and customs and import duties may be applicable.*
Orders placed before 2 pm (GMT) Tuesday to Friday will be processed for shipment the same day. Any orders received after 2 pm (GMT) will be processed for shipment the next available working day.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY – 7-10 WORKING DAYS (VIA ROYAL MAIL) - £19.99
Worldwide Delivery is available at Tilly's. Charged at £19.99 with Royal Mail we will deliver to any country not in the European Union. On some occasions extra postage costs may be required on larger or heavy items and in special circumstances Tilly's will contact you direct to discuss any additional fees postal fees to your location.
Standard delivery time for Worldwide shipping is approximately 7-10 working with Royal Mail. Delivery to some locations may take longer and customs and import duties may be applicable.* Orders placed before 2 pm (GMT) Tuesday to Friday will be processed for shipment the same day. Any orders received after 2 pm (GMT) will be processed for shipment the next working day.
